1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern the public website at lenavix.com, including its articles, regulatory source register, and early-access waitlist (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Public site and early access
The Site describes Lenavix's intended regulatory due-diligence offering and allows eligible visitors to request early access. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access, reserve a seat, or commit either party to a transaction. Any invited pilot, account, platform access, service level, data handling, or paid service will be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Submit malicious code, confidential legal files, privileged material, or information you do not have the right to provide.
- Attempt to bypass security, disrupt operation, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Use automated collection against the Site in a manner that violates law, these terms, or published technical controls.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Lenavix or use Site content to make an unsupported legal, certification, partnership, or customer claim.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, layout, code, and original materials are owned by Lenavix or used under permission, except for third-party names, marks, official materials, and linked sources, which remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the Site for internal evaluation but may not reproduce or exploit substantial portions without permission or a legal right to do so.
5. Regulatory information and third-party marks
The Regulatory Source Register is an informational index of official materials, status notes, and scope limitations. It is not a legal opinion and does not establish that an instrument applies to a particular person, product, or use case. Company and law-firm marks used in illustrative visuals do not by themselves indicate customer status, partnership, endorsement, certification, or an adverse finding.
6. No legal advice; disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. Laws, standards, guidance, and linked pages can change, and summaries may become incomplete or outdated. Verify the current official text and obtain qualified legal advice for decisions. Lenavix does not guarantee uninterrupted access, waitlist admission, or that Site content is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenavix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or reliance on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenavix's aggregate liability arising from the public Site will not exceed the amount you paid Lenavix to use the public Site during the twelve months before the claim.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes how the public website and waitlist handle personal information. Do not use the waitlist to submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive materials.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights, or legal compliance, or where these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts located in Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires another forum or grants non-waivable rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
